Perhaps if I write them on the internet they'll respond - but I won't hold my breath. I wrote directly to the hotel and still no response. I'll play at Harrah's from now on - $33 flight to NOLA, no smoking in the entire casino and they're pleasant and plentiful with comps. No one apologized, I don't know where these people learned customer service. I asked if he was going to help he told me, 'No, I told you I was minus 2'. He looked me in the eyes, said, 'let me have your card' (I thought so he could help me). I told him I was so upset I don't feel like playing here ever again if this is not resolved. I wasn't aware of the policy and it isn't on my confirmation. I told him that I play in their casino all the time (I'm an Elite player for whatever that is worth apparently) and my son is home for break and this was our activity. He told me that there was nothing he could do he was overbooked. I found him in his office and relayed the story. The front desk sent me to the casino host who told me he had no clout and sent me to Joe xxxxxx in high limits slots. I looked at my email confirmation which didn't state anywhere about this policy. They informed me that my room has been cancelled at 9:00 as that is a strict policy. I got to the front desk at 9:15 after an exhausting day picking up my son at the airport for Spring break after delays.
